On November 27, 2025, Western Balkans University hosted a highly practical training session as part of the LEAD-ALKO project (Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education in Albania and Kosovo).
Moving beyond theory, this session was 100% hands-on, designed to empower staff and participants with essential digital skills for the modern academic environment. The workshop focused on mastering the tools necessary for seamless daily operations and high-quality hybrid communication.

- 💻 Laptop Security & Performance: Participants learned best practices for secure device setup, troubleshooting performance issues, and implementing essential data backup strategies to ensure information safety.
- 🎥 Logitech Rally Deep Dive: A comprehensive guide to mastering high-tech video conferencing equipment. The session covered seamless system connections and smooth integration with Google Meet for professional-grade virtual meetings.
The Impact: Participants successfully leveled up their digital and technical capacities. They are now equipped to lead reliable, secure, and professional hybrid meetings in any academic or administrative setting—eliminating tech stress and boosting productivity.
